The objectives of the Association are to foster good fellowship among its members and to promote the development and interests of its Members, in particular:

• To promote a better understanding between the members and to create a social network involving the Members, their family and society at large;
• To unite the business and professional persons, merchants, manufacturers, traders, agents, industrialists, and persons interested therein, of Italian origin or descent, carrying on business, or exercising their profession or interests therein, and to co-operate in the industrial, professional, commercial, economic and cultural development and general welfare of the community;
• To help foster the trade, business, professional, cultural and general welfare of its members;
• To promote the adoption and application of higher social, business, cultural and professional standards.
